Sure enough she was right again so when the first set of buyers tried to negotiate hard on repairs we released them from their contract and took the backup offer. Which turned out to be even better! Kelley utilized our furniture and belongings to minimize our cost of a stager. The one issue we had was that we were moving out of state and needed to have a mover take the furniture. By staging the house with our items, which was in one way beneficial to us, it made it difficult to utilize our new home without paying the mover twice. In retrospect it would have been nice to have more guidance as to how to maneuver that difficult situation. She worked with a great photographer and together they made our house look amazing. Our house went up for sell at a difficult time for the market but we were able to get a sale over our asking price which wasn't happening often at that time. Last year I was weighing whether to move versus remodel. Kelley acted as my buyer’s agent in looking at several great properties.
